Gonzalo Fernández Miranda, PhD

Gonzalo is a Molecular Biologist with more than 14 years of experience, passionate about medical innovation and entrepreneurship in the biotechnology sector.

He is the author / co-author of 16 scientific articles with more than 700 citations. He was an associate researcher at IRB Barcelona, a postdoctoral fellow at CRG, a visiting scientist at the Wellcome Trust for Cell Biology (UK) and did his PhD in Molecular Oncology at the CNIO.

Gonzalo gained practical entrepreneurial experience thanks to the CaixaImpulse accelerator program (2017) and executive training at ESADE Business School.

He is currently a Venture Partner at Chasing Science along with a CSO role at Ninevah Therapeutics portfolio company.
